About the event
Dr. El Sayary is a space urbanist, architect, and multi-award-winning designer with extensive experience in the field of space architecture and urbanism. He has worked on several projects related to space exploration and habitation, including the award-winning project - Mars Reefs and Lunar Oasis. His work has been exhibited in several locations, including at the NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs, and Medcop 21 in France.
Dr. El Sayary is also an accomplished speaker, having been invited to deliver public talks at numerous venues, including TEDx BAU. He has also been a keynote speaker at several conferences and has made TV interviews in seven different countries. In addition to his work as a designer and speaker, Dr. El Sayary has also served as a jury member for various international design and architecture competitions, such as the Mars Society, 2020 colonies and the IDS Cairo 2020. He has also been a Mars City Design ambassador, a Junior Ambassador for the Jacques Rougerie Foundation, and an ideaXme ambassador.
